These Terms of Service govern use of the COREnglish website and general interactions with COREnglish recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate training services.

Our services

COREnglish is a recruitment and talent acquisition agency serving companies and candidates across sectors. We help clients identify qualified candidates and support candidates through recruitment processes. COREnglish also offers candidate training products, including online TEFL/TESOL preparation and certificate programs.

Website use

You agree to use this website lawfully, respectfully, and only for legitimate business, recruitment, training, or candidate-related purposes. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false, misleading, harmful, or unlawful content.

Candidate information and applications

Candidates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. Submitting an application, resume, profile, inquiry, course enrollment, or assessment does not guarantee employment, an interview, placement, certification, or any specific outcome.

Certification and training products

A COREnglish training certificate verifies completion of the specific COREnglish course requirements stated for that product. Unless expressly stated in writing, COREnglish certificates are not degrees, government licenses, or externally accredited credentials. External accreditation, job placement, hiring outcomes, immigration outcomes, or employer acceptance are not guaranteed.

Course access, assessments, and certificates

Course access, completion requirements, passing scores, certificate issue rules, and any expiration or access limits may be described on the product page, checkout page, or course materials. COREnglish may refuse, revoke, or correct a certificate if we reasonably believe it was obtained through inaccurate information, misuse, cheating, unauthorized access, or technical error.

Payments and refunds

Paid products may be processed through a third-party payment provider. Pricing, taxes, payment terms, and refund rules are shown at checkout or in the applicable written offer. If no separate refund rule is stated, contact hello@corenglish.com and we will review the request in good faith.

Client and partner services

Client recruitment work may be governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, or commercial arrangement. If a separate agreement applies, that agreement controls the specific client engagement.

Communications

By contacting COREnglish, submitting a form, applying through one of our recruitment links, or requesting access to a training product, you agree that we may contact you about relevant recruitment, business, training, support, or service matters.

Third-party platforms

Our website may link to third-party websites, career portals, application forms, payment providers, learning tools, or service providers. COREnglish is not responsible for third-party content, availability, practices, or policies.

Intellectual property

The website, course materials, training materials, and general information are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. COREnglish does not guarantee that the website or course access will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully current.
